TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE AIMCUBATOR OR FOUNDER BOOST PROGRAM

This Aimcubator Terms & Conditions ("Policy") is part of our Terms of Use (Terms & Conditions) ("Legal Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Legal Terms: Terms & Conditions Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.​​

WHO WE ARE

 

We are Aimfluance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") a company registered in Austin, Texas. We operate aimfluance.com as well as any other related products and services that refer to or link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

 

 

PURPOSE

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for submitting research or articles to Aimfluance LLC's Aimcubator. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with these terms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an application to the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program (“Program”) by Aimfluance LLC (“Aimfluance”), you agree to the following legal conditions:

Submission of Documents

  • By applying to the Program, you agree to submit documents, including but not limited to your business plan, slide deck, and any other materials (“Documents”) for review by Aimfluance. You warrant that these Documents are accurate, complete, and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

No Funding Provided

  • Aimfluance LLC does not provide any direct financial funding or investment as part of the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program. The Program is focused solely on offering strategic guidance, mentorship, and business support to selected participants.

Confidentiality of Documents

  • Aimfluance LLC will treat your Documents with confidentiality. However, by submitting your Documents, you acknowledge that Aimfluance LLC and its affiliates may review, assess, and discuss your business as part of the Program’s selection and advisory process. We do not take ownership of any submitted intellectual property, but we may use the information you provide to evaluate your potential fit for the Program.

Selection Process

  • All applications will be carefully reviewed by the Aimfluance team. Based on the review, only selected applicants will be contacted for an introductory meeting. Aimfluance reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion. The decision to invite participants to the Program is based on a variety of factors, including alignment with Aimfluance’s capabilities, goals, and available resources.

Post-Selection Negotiation

  • If you are selected to participate in the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program, Aimfluance LLC will contact you to discuss potential collaboration and the terms of participation in the Program. These discussions may include negotiations for future engagement, which could involve various terms, including but not limited to equity, financial arrangements, or other forms of business partnerships, subject to mutual agreement.

No Legal or Financial Obligation at Application Stage

  • Submitting an application to participate in the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program does not create any legal or financial obligations between you and Aimfluance LLC at this stage. The program offers mentorship and advisory services, and any potential partnership or future engagement will be subject to separate negotiations and agreements, based on mutual consent.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

  • By submitting your Documents, you confirm that you own the rights to any intellectual property contained therein and that you have the legal authority to share such materials. Aimfluance LLC does not claim any ownership or rights to your intellectual property by reviewing your Documents. However, you grant Aimfluance the right to use your materials for evaluation purposes related to the Program.

Eligibility and Limitations

  • You represent that you are legally able to submit the Documents and apply to the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program. Aimfluance reserves the right to refuse any application if it does not meet eligibility criteria, or if Aimfluance determines that participation in the Program would not align with its goals or resources.

Limitation of Liability

  • Aimfluance LLC will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program or your submission of Documents. You acknowledge and agree that any risks associated with submitting your business materials are solely your responsibility. Aimfluance LLC will not be held liable for any damages arising from a decision made in connection with your participation, whether accepted or not.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Any personal or business information you submit as part of the Aimcubator or Founder Boost Program will be handled in accordance with Aimfluance’s privacy policy. Aimfluance LLC commits to protecting your data and using it solely for the purposes of the Program. You acknowledge that Aimfluance may store and process your data as part of the evaluation and selection process.

Modifications

  • Aimfluance LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to speakers, and continued participation in the conference constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

  • If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Governing Law

  • This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
